Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure secure tracking of your parcel.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original Shinola packaging, including all warranty cards and accessories, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our Detroit workshop receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
